We started FixedOrtho™ with the mission of providing high quality instruments at wholesale prices by cutting out the middle man. The instruments are made using high quality materials like high carbon chromium stainless steel 12Cr13. After heat treatment, Rockwell hardness can reach HRC 60, which is at least 5-6 higher that of many other orthodontic pliers in the market. The handle is designed with the highest level of mechanical characteristics and ergonomics. The handle fits the grip in a way that facilitates a safer and more comfortable experience. In addition, the cutting edge is inlaid with cemented carbide material. The cutting edges are fine and very sharp. Orthodontic pliers exhibit an excellent corrosion resistance and will not rust and corrode in a variety of environments.
